A beautiful, dog friendly lodge-style holiday home with seven seater hot tub. The outdoor space at this holiday home is amazing and one of the largest private enclosed garden plots on the whole holiday park. This makes it a perfect choice for couples, friends and families, with or without pets to enjoy . The hot tub is sheltered under a hard top gazebo, so perfect for all weathers. It has side panels that can be closed for privacy, plus lights around the gazebo for night time tubbing. Also in the garden, are two adjustable sun loungers with a side table, plus a selection of garden games for guests to enjoy.

Sleeping up to six people with two bedrooms; one double with a walk in wardrobe and en-suite toilet and sink, and one twin room, plus a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge patio doors open onto a spacious decking area with seating and a table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the open view onto a beautiful area of trees, grass and flower beds. As well as this, there is a large decking area on the side of the lodge with table and chairs for six people, perfect for al fresco dining. 

The lounge is bright and airy with a large smart TV. There is a dining area next to the modern kitchen which has a large built in fridge freezer and all the things you would need for cooking in the lodge. The naturally lit hallway leads to a large family bathroom with a full size bath and shower.

In the wardrobe in the twin room are a selection of family games for all to enjoy.

The beds will be made up for your arrival, and towels provided for every guest.  A complimentary treat basket is included as well as tea, coffee, sugar and individual milk portions.

A private parking space is right outside, big enough for one large or two small cars, plus a free car park very close for any additional cars.

Just a five minute walk away is The Country Club with its fantastic facilities, over looking the fishing lake and close to the outdoor play park.

Due to a fire in the onsite Country Club on 22/04/24, the bar/ restaurant, pool and gym are temporarily closed in the Country Club.

The Spa has been relocated to another building so still open for treatments.

The restaurant and bar has been relocated to a marquee with weekend entertainment.

Takeaways are still available with delivery onsite.

All original outdoor planned events will still take place.

Football goals have been added to a large grassed area.

There is a fabulous swimming pool with water slide just a 10 minute drive away.

The onsite play park, outdoor terrace overlooking the lake and fishing lake are unaffected.
