A bright, modern holiday home with a 6 person hot tub in the enclosed private garden, perfect for families, couples and friends to enjoy together. The hot tub is sheltered under a hard top gazebo so great for all weathers. It has side panels that can be closed for privacy and lighting around the gazebo for night time tubbing. The decking area has seating with a table, in the garden there are two sun loungers plus additional tables and chairs with a parasol. A selection of garden games are available for guests to enjoy.

The lounge has a large corner sofa, modern fireplace, large smart TV, and a cupboard with family games and children’s books to enjoy. Wi-fi is included to keep everyone entertained. 

The kitchen includes a large built in fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle and toaster, with an adjacent dining area with a table and four chairs.  

The master bedroom has a TV, lots of storage, a dressing table and direct access to the ‘Jack & Jill’  bathroom with shower. The twin bedroom has two single beds and there is a sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests. There is also a second bathroom with toilet and sink, accessible from the hallway (near the twin bedroom)

The beds will be made up for your arrival, and towels provided for every guest. A complimentary treat basket is included as well as tea, coffee, sugar and individual milk portions.

There are parking spaces directly outside the holiday home. It is in a great location on the park, just a short walk to the Country Club with its fantastic facilities that over look  the fishing lake and close to the outdoor play park. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

Due to a fire in the onsite Country Club on 22/04/24, the bar/ restaurant, pool and gym are temporarily closed in the Country Club. However an alternative, bar, restaurant, takeaway and weekend entertainment is now located in a marquee opening from 5th July.

The Spa has been relocated to another building so still open for treatments.

All original outdoor planned events will still take place

There is a fabulous swimming pool with water slide just a 10 minute drive away.

The onsite play park, outdoor terrace overlooking the lake and fishing lake are unaffected.

There is also several other food and drink places close by (some in walking distance) we will send you all the information when booking.
